Customer Impact: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications and services. Works closely with stakeholders to understand the internal and external customer requirements and provide technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support and update existing internal applications and services.
  • Design and develop software applications and services.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and programming languages
  • Continuously improve software development processes and practices
  • Become knowledgeable in the business domains relevant to the software you build and support.
  • Act as an internal solutions architect and help guide stakeholders toward efficient and idiomatic solutions to business problems within our ERP system.
  • Be a committed member of our company by actively participating in meetings and stakeholder demos and sharing responsibilities such as code reviews and troubleshooting production problems.
  • Help us to continuously improve by contributing to tooling, documentation, and development practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience writing Python in a professional setting.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns
  • Confident with GitHub/GitLab, and common Git based development workflows.
  • Possess strong technical communication skills, being able to both visualize and express in writing: domain concepts, user requirements, and technical architecture.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous development experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, Oracle
